I am currently a Voice Major at Central Washington University with a specialization in Opera. My passion for music drives me to explore various styles and techniques to enhance my singing abilities.

Saving Hawaiian Music one note at a time
A hundred years ago music performance was in bedded in our lives. Everyone played a instrument and music and song was everywhere.
Today its all sound bites and computer based performance and the magic is disappearing.
Hawaiian music
Hawaiian music was incredibly popular a century ago. Music was everywhere. The music defined the islands. Today that same music is limited to the Ukulele and not much more. Music books have gotten rid of the music and left just the lyrics. The Hawaiian guitar which was invented on Oahu in 1885 have only a handful of players left which are all seniors and one teacher on eight islands.
My father and myself have been collecting music to scan and archive. Mare overost a hundred years old. Today all the original music is gone.
Camping in the Sahara Desert
The Sahara Desert is one of the most beautiful and mysterious places on earth. Camping in the heart of the desert and stargazing at night was an experience that I will never forget.

The Whitsunday Islands in Australia are a group of 74 islands that are breathtakingly beautiful. Sailing through the crystal-clear waters and snorkeling among the colorful coral reefs was an experience that left me in awe.
Climbing the Rocky Mountains
The Rocky Mountains in Colorado are a popular destination for hikers and climbers. Climbing to the top and taking in the panoramic views was a challenge that was worth every step.
